1. Accepting these terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Stillive, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Stillive. You are responsible for your account and for activity performed through it. Provide accurate information and do not share access credentials or attempt to use another person’s account.
3. Permission to use Stillive
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Stillive for lawful personal purposes in accordance with these terms and applicable App Store rules.
4. Your photos and instructions
You retain your rights in photos and other content you submit. You give us and our service providers permission to host, copy, process, transmit, and transform that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the requested service.
You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload the content, including permission from identifiable people where required.
5. AI-generated results
AI results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or different from previews. Similar results may be generated for other users. You are responsible for reviewing a result before using or sharing it and for ensuring your use complies with applicable law and third-party rights.
Stillive does not guarantee that a generated result is unique, error-free, or suitable for a particular purpose.
6. Credits and in-app purchases
Generations may require credits, and the required amount is shown before generation. Credits are a limited license to access features; they are not money, have no cash value, and may not be transferred or resold.
Purchases are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s payment and refund rules. Except where required by law or Apple’s policies, completed credit use is not refundable. If a generation fails before a usable result is produced, Stillive may automatically restore the applicable credits.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use Stillive to violate law or rights; exploit or harm children; create deceptive, abusive, hateful, sexually exploitative, or unlawful content; upload malware; bypass security or credit systems; scrape or overload the service; reverse engineer protected parts of the service; or impersonate another person.
We may block content or suspend access when reasonably necessary to enforce these rules, protect people, or secure the service.
8. Live Photo and device compatibility
Live Photo wallpaper availability and playback depend on your iPhone model, iOS version, system settings, and Apple’s platform behavior. We cannot guarantee that every device or future iOS release will support every wallpaper behavior.
9. Our content and intellectual property
Stillive, its software, branding, interface, templates, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. These terms do not give you ownership of those materials. Feedback you voluntarily provide may be used without restriction or compensation.
10. Availability and termination
We may change, pause, or discontinue features and may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create risk, or remain subject to legal restrictions. You may stop using Stillive at any time and may delete your account through the app.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stillive is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Consumer protections available in your place of residence continue to apply.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the service changes. The updated date above shows when revisions take effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law.
